1. Terms and Conditions Overview

These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding the services that Jeton provide to you, therefore, for your own benefit and protection, please read the Terms and Conditions laid out in this document carefully before accepting them. Should you have any questions, please contact us using any of the methods provided on www.jeton.com/support.
2. About Jeton and these Terms and Conditions
2.1 Our site is owned and operated by Jeton Venture Limited. Jeton Venture Limited is a limited company registered with Companies House in England and Wales with registration number 10459236. Jeton Venture Limited is a registered E-Money Institution Agent with reference number 900768, authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
2.2 Our product offers its users electronic money transfers and online payment options. Our services may be changed or added to without prior notice. If we offer the use of a new service, we may alter our Terms and Conditions accordingly. You will be notified of these changes when they are changed, and you may be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions again.
2.3 We would like to remind you that these Terms and Conditions can change at any time, including the fees and other amounts which apply to your account and transactions. You will be liable to the new conditions if you use our website and services after such changes are implemented. Any updates to our Terms and Conditions on our site is considered as a notification to you. Please check our site periodically for the most current Terms and Conditions. If there is any discrepancy between the current version of our Terms and Conditions and any previous version(s), the most current version is considered in effect unless otherwise stated.
2.4 You will be notified of any changes to our services and to our service structure 14 days before they come into effect. Notice is given as stated in Section 2.4. You must have access to your e-mail account detailed in your account with us to receive communications and information relating to the Services. With the exception of amendments to our Terms and Conditions, notices received by you will be deemed read by you within 24 hours of the time it is posted to our site or emailed to You. Changes that are in your favour will come into effect immediately.
2.5 If you object to any changes you must close your account immediately. Account closure procedures are outlined in Section 19. Any official objection to changes of our services by you could be considered as a request to terminate and close your Jeton wallet account. If you do not object to the changes before they come into effect, you will be considered as having accepted these changes.
2.6 If you object to the new changes and wish to close your Account, you must withdraw your balance within two months before the changes are enforced. Inaction will be accepted as agreement with our new product and their conditions.
3. Accessing Our Site
3.1 We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue our site (or any part of it) at any time and without prior notice. Should our site (or any part of it) be unavailable at any time and for any period, we will not be held liable in any way. Making any and all arrangements necessary in order to access our site is your responsibility.
3.2 Our site content is for information purposes only and is not to be construed as providing legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Further information on electronic money and/or payment service products should be gained from professionals or specialists.
3.3 Although we take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of our products and/or services appearing on the website are correct and up to date, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee that information on our website it complete, accurate or up to date.
4. Intellectual Property Rights of Jeton Venture Ltd
4.1 All content and other intellectual property included on our site belongs to Jeton or has been licensed by Jeton. It is expressly prohibited to modify, copy, adjust, alter, amend or use content without our prior written consent. Reproducing, copying, distributing, selling, renting, sub-licensing, storing, or re-using our content from our site requires express written permission by us.
You do not need written permission to access, view or use our site in a web browser or similar type of software or application; download our site for caching; print or save extracts or complete pages from our site for non-commercial use.
If you choose to download, save or print our site or parts of our site, you must acknowledge us as the legal and rightful owner and author.
4.2 As a merchant, you may use certain content that has been provided by Jeton through our merchant services team without prior written consent for the sole purpose of identifying yourself as a merchant who accepts payments through the Jeton wallet. We may limit or revoke this permission at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. Any use of content beyond what was provided by the merchant services team is prohibited. As a merchant, you are prohibited from modifying or changing this content in any way before disseminating it. You must not use the provided content in a manner that is unfavourable to Jeton or the Service, or display the content in any manner that implies Jeton’s sponsorship or endorsement.
4.3 When providing us with content or posting content, whether in each case the content is online or offline, you grant Jeton a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise any and all copyright, publicity, trademarks, database rights and intellectual property rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. Further, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, you waive your moral rights and promise not to assert such rights against Jeton, its sublicensees or assignees. You represent and warrant that none of the following infringe any intellectual property right: your provision of content to us, your posting of content using your account, and Jeton's use of such content (including of works derived from it) in connection with the use of our site.
4.4 You may only use content saved or downloaded from our site for commercial purposes, other than for the scope of use highlighted in section 4.1, if you first obtain a licence from us (or our licensors, as appropriate) to do so.
This does not prohibit normal access, viewing and use of our site for by merchants or consumers for general information purposes.

5. Protecting Your Account
5.1 We take all necessary measures to ensure that our site is secure, free from viruses and other malware.
5.2 You are responsible for protecting your hardware, software, data and other material against all internet security risks, including, but not limited to viruses and malware.
Any of the below actions are a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. If We realise that any of these actions were undertaken by you, we will seek assistance from the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate fully with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Your right to use our site will cease immediately if such an event should occur.

5.3 We cannot guarantee that our site will meet your personal requirements, that it will not infringe the rights of third parties, or that it will be secure. We also cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with the software and hardware that you use.
6. Your Jeton wallet account
6.1 Your Jeton wallet account is an electronic money account. You can load, send, receive, or withdraw electronic payments in multiple currencies using your Jeton account.
6.2 You can choose and change your wallet's main currency at any time
6.3 Our products enable you to convert funds to electronic money. Electronic money accounts are not bank accounts. We do not provide a service where your funds can earn interest. The United Kingdom's Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) does not apply to your account. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge these restrictions. In the unlikely event that we become insolvent, you may lose the electronic money held in your Jeton wallet account. However, we strictly adhere to the legal requirements under the European Electronic Money Directive 2009/110/EC and United Kingdom national legislation such as, The Payment Services Regulations 2017. Both of which ensure the safety and liquidity of funds deposited in electronic money accounts.

6.4 Your Jeton wallet account and its electronic money balance belongs to the person or legal entity registered as the Jeton wallet account holder. We recognise only the rights of the owner of the Jeton wallet account when it comes to the funds in an account. You cannot assign or transfer legal ownership of your Jeton wallet account to any other natural person or legal entity. We reserve the right to confirm and reconfirm your identity at any point during your ownership or use of the account.
6.5 You can load, send or withdraw money from your wallet at any time. Depending on your verification status, country of residence or other factors, you may be required to verify your identity to increase your limits for withdrawals or uploads or to gain access to certain services.
6.6 We may reject processing the transaction if your transactions exceed your allowed limit or if you do not have sufficient funds in your account to cover the transaction as well as all associated fees.
7. Opening an account
7.1 You are only allowed to open a Jeton wallet account if it is legal to do so in your country of residence. Having or owning a Jeton wallet account must not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. By opening a Jeton wallet account, you represent and warrant to us that owning a Jeton wallet account is not in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. You agree to compensate Jeton for any losses incurred due to your breach of this section, should this occur.
7.2 You are only allowed to hold one Jeton wallet account, unless it has been expressly permitted by Jeton.
7.3 You must be 18 years of age or older to open a Jeton wallet account. By creating your account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. There may be products Jeton offers that have varying age limits, where this age limit may not apply.
7.4 You must open a Jeton wallet account to use our services. As part of your registration process, you will be asked to accept these Terms and Conditions. If any additional services are requested or added, you may be asked to accept further Terms and Conditions.
7.5 All the information you provide to us at registration and account opening, or at any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful.
7.6 At account opening you will be asked how you intend to use your Jeton wallet account. You must inform us if you wish to use your account for commercial purposes as well as personal use. If at any point you start using your Jeton wallet account for commercial purposes, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to review your account activity and determine, in our reasonable opinion, if you are using your account for commercial purposes. Any account used for commercial purposes will be bound by our Merchant Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns about any part of this section, please contact the Jeton Customer Support Team.
7.7 Only payment instruments (bank accounts, credit cards, debit cards, etc.) of which you are the named holder are permitted to be added on your Jeton wallet account. Any violation of this section will be considered as a fraudulent act.
7.8 If you have uploaded funds, you may be may be required to provide information to verify your identity before your funds can be withdrawn. All fees incurred for the use of your Jeton wallet account prior to your account closure will not be refunded.
8. Verifying Your Identity
8.1 Certain information is required in order to open a Jeton wallet account. You may be asked to give certain personal details to us, which may be used by third party providers to verify your identity. If any additional information is required, we will contact you. Your information must be submitted completely and accurately during your account registration. Any faulty or missing information may result in delays in your account opening.
8.2 To increase our service security and decrease the risk of identity theft, we must verify your identity. No exceptions can and will be made to these verification requirements.
8.3 We may contact you from time to time to notify you of changes to your Jeton wallet account or request further information. It is your responsibility to make sure Your contact information is up to date. Should you face any losses due to Your failure to keep your contact information current, we will not be held accountable.
8.4 It is your responsibility to keep your Jeton wallet account information up to date and accurate. If we believe at any time that your information is outdated or inaccurate, we reserve the right to contact you and request updated information or documents. We may also request that you go through the verification process again. Your limits will be adjusted accordingly whilst we verify your identity. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.
9. Safety and Security
9.1 For your security, you are advised to keep your Jeton wallet password, security codes or any other account details private. Do not share these details with anyone. Our team will never ask you the full answers to your security questions, only specific characters included in the answers. If you receive any emails, questionnaires, surveys, or other links that require you to provide your Jeton wallet password, and are unsure of the source of these messages, please do not enter your information and contact our Customer Support Team immediately.
9.2 We recommend that you change your password regularly. This will decrease and limit the risk of your account being compromised. If you believe that your account may be compromised, or your password may be stolen, please change your password immediately and report the incident to us.
9.3 If you suspect identity theft or theft of funds, we suggest that you also contact your local police/law enforcement agency.
9.4 If we suspect any such security risks on our part, we may freeze certain transactions, certain features or your entire Jeton wallet account. We will try to reach you via the contact information on your account. For this reason, it is vital that all account information is accurate and up-to-date. In case of a suspected security breach, we may ask you to provide us with documentation that verifies your identity before we re-enable and grant back full access to your account. Having already provided such documentation does not exempt you from this process, you may be required to submit requested documents again, should the need arise.
9.5 We advise against storing any login details or passwords on any device or using any functionality or program that stores these details on any device.
9.6 You must make sure that you have provided your own personal phone number, that your phone is not publicly accessible, and that your e-mail account is secure. Unauthorised access to your phone or e-mail may result in changes to your account information and account password and may also result in identity theft or theft of funds.
10. Load Money
10.1 You can load money to your wallet via any of the methods detailed on your Jeton dashboard. When depositing funds onto your account, Jeton is the payment recipient. According to your country of residence, loading money may incur processing costs from your bank or financial institution depending on the method used.
10.2 We provide as many loading methods as our system allows, however, this does not mean we guarantee their use for the entirety of your Jeton wallet experience. The loading methods we offer may change and new ones may be added, and/or current ones removed.
10.3 We screen all the loading money transactions. Whilst these transactions are instantaneous, there remains the possibility that we could reject your transaction or request further information or documentation. In such an event, there will be no exceptions made to this procedure.
10.4 If your loading money method allows for chargebacks, you agree not to use that right unless we processed a transaction without your authority. You agree not to dispute any transaction if you have been negligent in protecting your account password and login details, or for reasons where Jeton has no liability (including but not limited to disputes with merchants). We reserve the right to issue you a chargeback fee of up to 25 EUR as well as charge you for other additional fees if any expenses are incurred in connection with such a chargeback.
10.5 If You proceed with a chargeback and this results in a negative balance on your account, you agree to pay that negative balance immediately without required notice. Failure to do so may result in legal action or debt collection measures, including the use of a collections agency.
10.6 If you suspect your account was improperly used, please contact our Customer Support Team.
10.7 Your account limits will depend on the verification status of your account. You can view your limits in your Jeton wallet account.
10.8 Money deposits may be subject to fees as detailed in the fees section of this document. If the method which you chose to deposit onto your account is not in the same currency as your Jeton wallet currency account, you may also be charged extra fees for currency conversion. Your bank applies these fees and Jeton cannot be held responsible.
11. Send Money
11.1 The Jeton wallet dashboard, which is accessible once you have logged into your Jeton wallet account, is where you can send money to your peers.
11.2 You will need to provide the recipient’s mobile number to send money. You must make sure that the information you enter is correct, as this information is used to facilitate the payment. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or delays resulting from misinformation.
11.3 If the recipient has 'auto accept payments' activated on their Jeton wallet account, the money will be deposited directly to their Jeton wallet account. Otherwise, they will be required to manually accept or reject any transactions. It is solely up to the recipient to accept or reject any send money transactions. No exceptions to this rule will be made.
11.4 If the recipient's mobile number is already registered with us, we will send the money directly to their account and inform them of the transaction. Once the funds are transferred to the recipient’s Jeton wallet account, the transaction cannot be reversed.
11.5 If the amount sent is higher than the recipient’s account limit, the recipient will need to verify their account further to increase their account limit, before they can send or withdraw any money. Please contact Jeton’s Customer Service Team.
11.6 If the recipient does not take any action, send money transactions will be cancelled after 14 days. In such cases, the sent money amount will be returned to sender's wallet. If the recipient is yet to accept the money they are to receive, the sender will be able to cancel the transaction. If cancelled, the recipient will be notified, and the funds will be returned to the sender's wallet.
11.7 If the recipient has already accepted the funds, there is no way to cancel the transaction. The sender needs to then contact the recipient and ask them to send the money back. Jeton cannot refund money that is already accepted by the recipient, as it becomes the recipient’s funds.
11.8 If the recipient sends the money back, all applicable fees will still apply. If the recipient is not a Jeton Wallet account holder, and the recipient does not open a Jeton wallet account in the determined days when send money is valid, the funds will not be sent. In order to withdraw money, the recipient must become a Jeton wallet account holder, add a bank card or bank account, and verify their accounts. Withdraw money fees will apply as stated under our fees section.
11.9 All payments are subject to your account limits. Your limits are detailed within the Jeton wallet dashboard. It is your responsibility to make sure your account balance is sufficient to cover your payments, including all applicable fees. Please note that fees do not apply towards your annual limits.
12. Receive Money
12.1 You will be notified once you receive funds into your account. This payment will be displayed in your transaction history. We advise you to regularly review all payments to ensure that they are accurate.
12.2 If you have received an SMS stating that you have received money from someone via Jeton, but you have not yet opened your Jeton wallet account, you must create a Jeton account to access these funds. Instructions will be sent to you by SMS, or you can contact the Customer Support Team to get assistance at www.jeton.com/support.
12.3. Until you have successfully opened an account, Jeton has no contractual or fiduciary relationship with you or the intended recipient. Funds will not be credited to your account until they have the proper verifications in place. Until your account has been verified to authorise and accept payments up to the specified limits, the funds will remain with the sender.
12.4 Until you have accepted the receipt of money, the sender has the right to cancel the transaction. Please note all payments that are not accepted within 14 days will be refunded to the sender. If you wish for the transaction to be completed after this point You must contact the sender directly to repeat the transaction. Jeton is unable to resend a transaction that has been declined, cancelled, or expired.
12.5 Funds cannot be routed to any other bank account, bank card or similar tool without first being deposited to a Jeton wallet account.
12.6 Fees apply to receive money transactions depending on the type of Jeton wallet account you have and the type of payment. Please refer to the fees section for further information.
12.7 We are not the service provider of withdrawal transactions. As such, delays may occur due to the provider or the bank. If you face such delays, you should contact the Customer Support Team for further information. However, if the issue does indeed pertain to a third party, it is likely that we will not be able to resolve any subsequent or related issues.
12.8 Withdrawals may be subject to fees by your bank. If such cases occur, we are not liable for any fees that your bank applies to the transaction. If you wish to avoid currency conversion costs, you must withdraw from your Jeton wallet account in the same currency as the bank account you are withdrawing to otherwise the banks may apply exchange rates for the deposit.
13. Withdrawing Funds
13.1 The amount of money you can withdraw is limited to your account’s transaction limits as well as your current balance. Within these limits, you can withdraw as much as you wish from your balance as long as you can cover the fees included.
13.2 Account withdrawals are permitted through Jeton wallet at any time. In order to make a withdrawal you must log into your Jeton wallet account, select a withdrawal method and enter the amount to be withdrawn. Withdrawals rely partly on third party financial institutions to be facilitated and as such we cannot always guarantee the availability of any specific withdrawal method. The withdrawal methods available on Jeton are regularly reviewed and updated. We may make changes to or discontinue a particular withdrawal method at any time without following the procedure set out in section 2 as long as there is at least one withdrawal method available to you.
13.3 Where the withdrawal payment is received by you through the involvement of a payment service provider (such as the bank where you hold a bank account), we shall not be responsible for the withdrawal payment once the withdrawn funds are received by your payment service provider.
13.4 Your Jeton wallet account is subject to withdrawal limits. These limits are adjusted depending on your account verification level. You can view your withdrawal limits at any time in your Jeton wallet account profile. Before withdrawing or redeeming any funds from your Jeton wallet account, you must ensure that your current withdrawal limits meet your withdrawal requirements as we cannot legally allow you to exceed these limits.
13.5 If your withdrawal request exceeds your current limit, we may decline your request and require you to further verify your identity and your current residential address prior to approving a withdrawal of funds.
13.6 Withdrawals are sometimes subject to withdrawal fees and currency conversion fees depending on the chosen withdrawal method and payment instrument. Please see the fees section for details.
13.7 For the purposes of a withdrawal transaction, we are a payer and not a payment service provider.
13.8 You cannot make a withdrawal to a bank account or other payment instrument if you are not the named holder of the bank account. We take any violation of this requirement extremely seriously and will treat any attempt to use a payment instrument of which you are not the named holder as a fraudulent act. Without prejudice to claiming further damages, if we are required to investigate a withdrawal to a payment instrument that is not in your name, we may close your account and make further investigation and take legal action'. If your name has changed, we advise you to update your account information. You may be asked to verify these changes.
13.9 You must ensure that the payment details you provide when withdrawing funds are correct and complete. If you have provided us with inaccurate and/or incomplete details, we will not be liable for withdrawn funds being sent to the wrong payment instrument. When withdrawing to a bank account, you must ensure that the account number, sort code, IBAN and/or BIC/SWIFT are correct. If you have withdrawn funds to the wrong payment instrument, you may request that we assist you in reclaiming the funds, however, we may charge you an administration fee of up to 25 EUR for doing so and we cannot guarantee that the reclamation efforts will be successful.
14. Acceptable Usage Policy
14.1 You are not allowed to use your Jeton wallet account for money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or for any other illegal activities. We reserve the right to check and monitor your transactions for such activities before and/or after authorising any transaction. This includes the process of refunding your money after you close your account.
You may only use our site in a manner that is lawful.
You may not use our send/receive money services for the sale or purchase of any of the below products:
We reserve the right to add or remove any new types of prohibited transactions to the above list. The list of prohibited transactions is available on our site. If we detect or suspect any such activity occurring via your Jeton wallet account, we reserve the right to terminate your relationship with us, restrict access to your funds, close your account, and/or take legal action against you if we deem it necessary. If such activities are detected, we reserve the right to contact the authorities.
14.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply fully with any and all local, national or international laws and/or regulations. You are forbidden to use your account for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose including using our Site in any way that can harm any person in any way. This includes using our site to send, load, or transmit data that contains a virus or malware in any form, or any code designed to adversely impact computer hardware, software, or data.
14.3 If any unlawful or fraudulent activity is identified on your account we reserve the right to suspend, whether temporarily or permanently, your right to access our site. This will include taking any other actions in which we deem reasonably appropriate and lawful including disclosing such information to law enforcement authorities as required. As a result of your breach we may take legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of any and all relevant costs. We hereby exclude any and all liability arising out of any actions (including, but not limited to those set out above) that we may take in response to breaches of these terms and conditions.
14.4 Please note that online gambling is illegal in the below countries:
We reserve the right to deactivate, terminate or suspend your Jeton wallet account or to refuse or reverse any transaction where we suspect you are using your account in connection with illegal gambling. This list may not be complete, you must take it upon yourself to make sure that you are not breaking any national or international laws when purchasing products or services with your Jeton wallet account.
14.5 In addition to the above prohibitions, payments may only be accepted for commercial use after approval by Jeton. We do not facilitate commercial activity for the following purposes including but not limited to:
You must, however, make sure that you inform us if you wish to use your account for anything other than personal transactions. To receive money from sales or services, you must choose your wallet type as business.
14.6 Certain KYC procedures may be in place for the use of an account for business transactions. For such a process, we may ask for more documentation than we would with a personal account. If you are in doubt as to whether your commercial activity is prohibited, you must discuss this with our Customer Service team. We reserve the right to amend or expand the list of prohibited categories.
14.7 Any attempt or conduct of transactions in violation of the prohibitions set out in this section can incur an administration fee of up to 150 EUR. We reserve the right to sever the transaction and/or deactivate, terminate or suspend your account.
14.8 Whilst we conduct our own due diligence on the merchants we onboard, we cannot guarantee the legality of any of our merchant's products and services simply because we provide them the systems to accept payments. If you are not sure if a product or service is legal to purchase, do not purchase it.
14.9 It is prohibited to register for a Jeton wallet account from a country other than those expressly permissible on Jeton. We update the list of permissible countries regularly please refer to the registration page to see the most up to date list of countries.
15.1 Our fees may differ depending on the type of account you have, the verification level of your account, and whether you use your account for personal or commercial use.
15.2 Certain transactions may incur fees from your bank or third party financial institution, including but not exclusively, if currency exchange takes place. Such transactions may include loading and withdrawing money. Any such fees are applied by your bank and we are not responsible for the application of such fees to your transactions. You are advised to declare your bank's currency correctly and exchange the money to this currency before you withdraw. Currency exchange performed in the wallet will be subject fees from Jeton.
15.3 For merchant accounts, our fee structure will be relayed to you during the registration process of your business. Afterwards, you must work with our business team if you wish to negotiate these conditions. We reserve the right to change the fees or the fee structure at any point that we deem proper.
15.4 Our fees may appear as set fees or percentage fees depending on your transaction. Our fixed fees are displayed in Euros and percentages may have a maximum cap. Transaction fees will be applied to your current balance. If you do not have enough balance to cover the transaction and the fees, you will not be able to complete the transaction.
15.5 We will always display the fee for each transaction or product before you confirm anything. If you agree to finalise the transaction, the fees will be deducted immediately.
15.6 An exchange fee will be applied to all exchange transactions. These fees will be clearly identified in the exchange fee screen, along with the resulting balance in the new currency. We do not guarantee to be or to match any lower exchange rates from third party sites. If rates change while you are preparing your exchange fee transaction, we will inform you with a pop-up message and you will need to retry the exchange transaction with the new rates. We will not apply a foreign exchange fee on currency conversion of fees.
16. Data protection
16.2 The Data Protection Act 1998 dictates your rights and our obligations to protect information received from you and used in our procedures.
16.3 You promise to provide us with accurate and complete information at all times during your relationship with Jeton. We may use this information with trusted third-party sites to verify your identity according to our procedures.
We may use your information to:
16.4 By opening your Jeton wallet account, you are giving us express permission to send you any promotional or commercial emails. These emails may include information about new products, features, promotions, deals etc. If you do not wish to receive such e-mails, you can opt out from the ‘account settings’ tab of your dashboard or by clicking the appropriate link on the e-mail body.

19. Deactivation of Your Account
19. We may deactivate your Jeton wallet account temporarily or permanently if we believe your Account has been breached, any illegal or illegitimate action has taken place (as identified under our acceptable usage section), and/or any part of this agreement or agreements mentioned in this document have been breached. In such cases, we will not be held liable if your funds are deducted for fees incurred or applied, and the return of your funds partially or entirely will not be guaranteed.

20. Communications from Us
20.1 We confirm your transactions, profile changes or account changes via email or SMS. It is your responsibility to make sure that the e-mail account you provided is functioning and our e-mails are received. We use HTML format in our e-mails. We cannot be held responsible if any loss or inconvenience occurs from our e-mails or SMS not reaching you or not being legible.

22. Applicable Law

22.4 We do not recognise any individual(s) other than the owner of the Jeton wallet account or the persons associated as rights holders under the merchant Accounts to have any rights under these Terms and Conditions. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of 1999 are expressly excluded.
22.5 In addition, the rights to your Jeton wallet account cannot be transferred to another individual. If the ownership of a merchant's business changes, correct legal documentation must be submitted and the transfer procedures may then take place accordingly. Ownership transfers are never guaranteed even in merchant accounts.
22.6 Should any part of these Terms and Conditions become incompatible with any laws or regulations by a court of law, and if the court of law should determine such clauses to be invalid or unlawful, this will only apply to the affected part of the Terms and Conditions. Such a declaration will not make the entirety of these Terms and Conditions unenforceable.
