Campaign Period
This promotion is valid for qualifying actions completed between January 27, 2026, 00:00 GMT, and March 1, 2026, 23:59 GMT (the “Campaign Period”).
Campaign Terms
Eligibility: This offer is valid for customers who successfully order a virtual or physical card. The promotion is available only to customers whose accounts are active, verified, and in good standing.
To qualify for the one-time bonus of 5 EUR or 5 USD, the user must complete an initial deposit of at least 5 EUR or 5 USD, as applicable, into the associated card account.
Bonus Amount: The bonus amount is fixed at 5 EUR for eligible customers in EU markets and 5 USD for eligible customers in non-EU markets.
Bonus Credit Timing: The bonus will be credited to the eligible customer’s account after the Campaign Period has concluded, provided the first deposit transaction has been successfully processed.The bonus is not credited immediately after the deposit.
One-Time Fee: The promotional card fee applies once per card order during the Campaign Period. Any additional card orders made during or after the Campaign Period may be subject to standard card fees.
Limitations
- This promotion is limited to one (1) bonus per customer and per account. The bonus is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other promotions, rewards, or incentives offered by Jeton.
- Customers who order multiple virtual and/or physical cards will remain eligible for only one bonus, regardless of the number or type of cards ordered.
- The maximum bonus amount available under this promotion is 5 EUR or 5 USD, as applicable, per eligible customer and account.
- Customers who do not order a Jeton Card during the Campaign Period will not be eligible for the bonus or the promotional card fees.
- Deposits that are reversed, refunded, or subsequently cancelled will not be considered qualifying deposits for the purposes of this promotion.
- All qualifying actions are subject to internal verification and compliance checks prior to bonus crediting.
General Conditions
- Non-mergeable: This promotion cannot be merged with any other campaign.
- Right to Change: Jeton reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Jeton also reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover any bonus awarded under this promotion where misuse, abuse, fraud, or attempted circumvention of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
- Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Jeton Terms & Conditions continue to apply in full and form an integral part of this promotion.
